2020 Summer camps
We are so glad you are interested in a Spring Theatre summer camp! Due to current COVID-19 restrictions mandated by Governor Roy Cooper, we are unable to continue with our previously scheduled July production of Shrek The Musical. After the success of two in-person socially-distanced theatre camps in June, Spring Theatre's team is pleased to offer more (safe) arts opportunities and social escapes for our youth! The options for the month of July include:
SPRING THEATRE JACK-OF-ALL-TRADES CAMP!

For ages 12-18, limited availability
July 13-17, 2020, daily from 1-4pm

In the arts, it’s important to know many different skills both onstage and off. And that’s true of life, as well! All week, you’ll be broadening your creative horizons with classes on directing, photography, writing, dance and so much more! Campers will be expected to following all safety guidelines outlined HERE IN THE FILER.

3. Musical Theatre Dance with Erinn Dearth
4. Modern Dance with Kay Partridge
5. Comedy with Anna Hartle
6. Set Design basics with Bella Hart-Peck
7. Directing with Dan Beckmann
8. Tech Theatre with John Horseman
9. Choreography with Erinn Dearth
10. Photography with Dan Beckmann
11. Afro-Cuban dance with Kay Partridge
12. Voice Acting with Erinn Dearth

Work in-person all week on singing, dancing, acting or a mixture of the three and perform in a virtual variety show for the world to enjoy! Campers will be expected to following all safety guidelines outlined HERE IN THE FILER.

Tuesdays, 5-6pm
June 30-August 11, 2020 (7 online masterclass sessions)
A weekly venue for actors who wish to work on and improve their acting abilities in a collaborative online group setting. Scene work, improv, and other acting techniques will be fun AND enlightening in this exclusive online acting club run by Dan Beckmann. The seven masterclasses will be held over Zoom.
Tuition: $75
