OUR history
When Erinn Dearth was 3 years old, she saw a production of The 12 Dancing Princesses. At the end of the show, one of the actresses blew her a kiss from the stage. Since that airborne kiss landed on her cheek, Erinn has been enamored of the theatrical arts, a passion that eventually lead her to start Spring Theatre. Along with artistic director Dan Beckmann, Spring’s diverse leadership team helps build a positive environment where aspiring actors, dancers and performers of all kinds can hone their skills and provide a tight community of mutual support. Spring Theatre officially began in Pfafftown, NC in 2011, offering acting workshops and classes, theatre clubs, Jr. shows, dance classes and other enrichment activities for local youth.
